Bring your warm clothes, dry jackets , cushions, and blankets .
Sink into the wonderful wooded world of Hazel Hill. Cleanse and detox in the sauna dive into cold showers, connecting you with warm and cold therapy. Warm up and sit round a fire in the woodland round house, having shelter and being close to nature. Go further into relaxation through guided meditation using sound.
Finishing with warmed spiced cacao and snacks sending you off to bed renewed !
